Me Christian Lajoie is the managing lawyer and founder of the law firm Lajoie & Pearson.
His practice is mainly focused in civil and commercial litigation, in business law. He is regularly called upon to plead before the courts, such as the Court of Appeal and the Superior Court, as well as before various administrative bodies.
Me Lajoie has advocated on numerous occasions for the evaluation of parents of children with learning problems, in order to assert their right to an adequate and appropriate education.
Me Christian Lajoie studied law at the University of Sherbrooke. He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied policy, a graduate training in international relations research in addition to being an accredited mediator, recognized by the Barreau du Québec.
Before founding the firm, Me Lajoie acted on behalf of several organizations including Revenu Québec and the Registraire des entreprises. He has notably carried out several research missions in international relations in West Africa, Central Europe and the Middle East. In addition, Me Lajoie is part of the team of advisers acting on behalf of the Registraire des entreprises as part of legislative and systemic modernization.
